ORDERS

• Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email or call as well to confirm the delivery time you wish. If, for whatever reason, we cannot process your order we will contact you at the phone number or email address you have provided us. 

• If a product it is Out of Stock, we will immediately contact you to advise on the expected waiting time as well to offer you alternative similar products in case you will not wish to wait for the Out of Stock items.

• If we are not able to reach you and there is no information about when the order to be delivered, the order will be kept on hold until we receive a notification from you!

PAYMENTS

Cash & Card on delivery

• There are two types of payments for the online orders, cash or card on delivery which need to be mentioned at the time of placing the order.

Online 

• Soon we will have as well the option of online payment by card so you can relax without being necessary to have someone around when our team will deliver your order.
