We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped.
- Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Our team member will assist you while receiving the delivery to ensure you got the order complete and in perfect condition.
- If the Pet Boutique delivery will be left at the location without your assistance, any errors or damaged items must be reported to Pet Boutique through phone 0558524243 or email office@PetBoutique.ae within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
- Returns are allowed within 7 days on non-perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. Make sure you have the original purchase receipt or online receipt.
- Once the product has been evaluated and is eligible for return, we will issue a store/online store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 12 months.
- If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a fee of 30 AED will be applied, or you can send the item with the driver that will deliver to you a new order. Kindly inform us in advance and ensure you will return the items in maximum 15 days from the date of receiving it.
- If the damage or wrong items were delivered due to our mistake, we will pick up and exchange your items free of charge.
